Please have your tickets ready for inspection. Charge your phone & have your ticket which is included in your booking confirmation ready to scan. Each access QR code is only valid for your specific time-slot & will only scan for validation once.

This is an outdoor event in the gardens. Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear suitable footwear & outerwear. The gardens will only close in the event of a red weather warning, in this scenario ticket values will be returned to the purchaser.

No pets are permitted in the Gardens. An element of this event has a petting farm which our animal safeguarding policy does not permit other animals / pets to come into contact with these farm animals.

The unauthorised use of photographic equipment to record children other than those under your own guardianship is strictly prohibited. Video cameras or any type of recording equipment is prohibited on the event, with the exception of professional videographers appointed by Momentum Events Company for promotional purposes.
